Avenor started with a simple frustration: the pieces we actually wanted to wear were either fast-fashion basics that fell apart after two washes, or designer prices for a dress we'd wear three times. We wanted the in-between — directional, current pieces that hold up, without the markup.

What we're about

Avenor is an independently run online store. We spend an unreasonable amount of time looking for the next silhouette before it goes mainstream — puff sleeves, boho cuts, coordinated sets, the pieces that feel new rather than recycled. Every collection is curated in small batches rather than mass-listed, so what you see is what we're genuinely excited about that season.

How we choose what we sell

We're not a manufacturer and we don't pretend to be. We work with established suppliers and select pieces that meet our own bar for fabric feel and finish before they reach the site — if we wouldn't wear it, we don't list it.

How we ship

We ship to customers across the United Kingdom. Our products are dispatched directly from our international supply partners rather than from a UK warehouse, which means delivery takes longer than a domestic retailer — the full estimated timeframe is shown in our Shipping Policy before you order. We'd rather be upfront about that than surprise you after checkout.

Sizing and returns

Sizing across online fashion is inconsistent, so we publish the supplier's measurements on product pages where they're available, and we'll always answer sizing questions before you buy. Our full returns terms are set out in our Refund Policy.
