Refund Policy
At Avenor, we want you to love what you order. If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help with a return or exchange.
Returns You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. We're unable to accept returns on earrings and other pierced jewellery for hygiene reasons.
To start a return, please contact us with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll send you instructions on how to send your parcel back to us.
Refunds Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges If you'd like a different size or colour, the quickest way is to return your original item and place a new order for the item you'd like.
Faulty or Damaged Items If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
Your Statutory Rights This policy is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
