Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days from dispatch, depending on your location within the UK. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they can be affected by factors outside our control, such as courier delays.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. Any applicable delivery fees will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your parcel's journey.

International Orders If we ship outside the UK, delivery times may be longer and your order may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price of your order or shipping cost.

Lost or Delayed Parcels If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us with your order number and we'll look into it for you.
